STANTON GROUP V <br />1986 STANDBY PAY PROVISION <br />City Standby Pay <br />Inver Grove Heights <br />Lakeville Standby is assigned by the EMPLOYER for a <br />minimum period of 24 hours. Employees assigned <br />tadby 1-if standby onholiday1 1/2xf 2 urs ay plus <br />G1/2x. <br />holiday pay. Call out during standby at 1-1/2x <br />for houryhour period atinom. First additionalaPay forduping a 4 to the <br />first two hours. <br />Maple Grove No contract provision. <br />Maplewood No contract provision. <br />Minnetonka No contract provision. <br />Mounds View ) No contract provision. <br />(' New Brighton 0, The employee on standby duty shall work 2 hours <br />on Saturday and 2 hours Sunday on the week the <br />�193 Gjog employee is scheduled in accordance with duties <br />assigned by the EMPLOYER and shall be <br />compensated at 1-1/2x the base pay rate. <br />New Hope ` D <br />% North St. Paul `y Utilities employees required to standby for 7 <br />°l days receive 6 hours pay 9 1-1/2x for each 7 <br />D daya of standby. if holiday occurs, 8 hours A <br />�pvy 1-1/2x rather than 6 hours. <br />Oakdale Weekend Duty Pay. An employee scheduled <br />weekend duty shall work a minimum of 2 hours <br />for checking facilities and shall be available <br />for call out in case of emergency. An employee <br />on weekend duty will be paid 4 hours pay per <br />day at straight time.
