f xr"' V <br />MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUN <br />FROM: CLERK-ADNINISTRA <br />DATE: DECEMBER 7, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: METROPOLITAN AIRPORTS COMMISSION 1988-89 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM <br />Attached please find a notice from the Metropolitan Council <br />transmitting the Metropolitan Airports Commission's 1988 <br />Capital Improvement Projects and 1989 Capital Improvement <br />Program for our review and comment. <br />Staff has reviewed this document and determined that the <br />projects and improvements proposed are consistent with the <br />agreement entered into between the City of Mounds View and <br />the Metropolitan Airports Commission and, therefore, would <br />request Council authorization to submit a letter to the <br />Metropolitan Council of positive findings. <br />DFP/mjs <br />Attachment: <br />
