or the acquisltion, construction, Installation, ownership, and operation of the r <br />Minimum Improvements. <br />(c) The City and the governing body members, officers, agents, servants <br />and employees thereof shell not be liable for any damage or Injury tothepay other <br />ns or <br />property of the company or its officers, agents, servants or employees <br />person who may be about the Redevelopment Pr:•lerty, Minimum improvements or <br />Public improvements due to any act of negligence of any person, other than the <br />negligence and misconduct of City employees. <br />(d) All covenants, stipulations, promises, agreements and obligations of <br />the City contained herein shall be deemed to be the covenants,stipulations, <br />promises, egreementa and obligations of the City and not of any governing o <br />member, officer, agent, servant or employee of the City in the individual capacity <br />thereof. <br />34 <br />
