CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />day STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />MOUNDS VIEW DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 87-81 <br />Mounds View Business Park <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day <br />of , 19_, by and between the CITY OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, pdrty of the <br />first part, hereinafter called the "City", <br />and Everest Development, Ltd., and Commercial Property Invest <br />(CPI) eemmareial-Property-Investment <br />party of the second part, hereinafter called the "Dovelopee", <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />WHEREAS, the Developer, in consideration of, approval <br />_ of the Development Plans for Mounds View 3usiness Park <br />and the issuance of permits thereof, hereby agrees with the City c <br />to perform all of the acts required herein and to conform to all <br />of the conditions set forth as follows: <br />1. Wherever the word "City" appears herein, it shall <br />mean and include the City of Mounds View and also said City's <br />agents and employees; and wherever the word "Developer" appears <br />herein, it shall mean the developer, and any if its agents and <br />employees. Wherever the words "development site" appears herein, <br />it shall mean the premises described in the following exhibits: <br />Exhibit 1 - Site Development Plan dated June, 1987 <br />Exhibit 2 - Preliminary and Final Plat dated Jane, 1987 <br />Exhibit 3 - Contract for Private Redevelopment <br />Exhibit 4 - Elevations, Office/Service Building 1, Light <br />Industrial Building 2, and Preliminary Landscape <br />Plans dated June 10, 1987 <br />Rvhihit 5 - Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer and Street <br />
