Stated it is about time the City finishes <br />,Comparable Worth, and now tnat the City is in <br />compliance, everything should go smoothly. <br />Planner Herman r^ported Kunz Oil Company received a <br />conditional use permit in 19W for redevelopment <br />of their property at 2901 Highway 10, and the time <br />has run out for that permit, so they have requested <br />an extension. She explained they appeared before <br />the Planning Commission to request a one year <br />extension, and they have made changes to their plan, <br />mainly in upgrading the landscaping, and the Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of a one year <br />extension. She noted that the proposed redevelopment <br />complies with the zoning code and Staff recommends <br />approval. <br />Councilmember Wuori clarified that the sign will be <br />on a pole, and not mounted above the canopy, as shown <br />in the picture presented. The representative from <br />Kunz Oil Company assured the Council the signs would <br />be on poles, and the pictures were merely to show <br />what the signs would look like. <br />Motion Carried <br />12.
