The commission noted that, on February 10, 1986, the City Council of the City of hounds View, by Ordinance, amended Chapter 4, Section 4.02 cf the Home Rule Charter of the City of Mounds View, per the request of the Mounds View Charter Commission _ after a motion was duly passed unanimously Co this affect. This Ordinance amended the Original Charter changing the filing dates for city elective office from "no earlier than forty-two days, to fifty-six days, and, nor later than twenty-eight days, to forty-two days" befora any municipal election. Further. that should this action take place, an acceptable copy of such Ordinance be mailed to the Secretary of the Charter Commission to be attached to the original Home Rule City Charter, and that amended copies of the Charter be mailed to each charter commission member, which was not done upon the occasion of the First Amendment of February 10, 1986. At this time I request that an acceptable copy of Ordinance No. 404, amending the 1986, be mailed Home Rule Charter of the City of Mounds View, dated February 10, to the secretary of the Charter Commission, to be attached to the original Home Rule City Charter.
