Roll Call <br />Quick, Hankner and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk/Administrator Pauley. <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Wuori to approve the 4. Residents <br />the floor. Requests and <br />Comments from <br />the Floor <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley read the items on the 6. Approval of <br />proposed consent agenda. Consent Agenda:; <br />Councilmember Hankner asked that. Items C and D be <br />removed for discussion. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Hankner to approve the consent <br />agenda, minus Items C and D, and waive the reading. p <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried' <br />Councilmember Hankner explained she had requested <br />Item C be removed, because she would like it to <br />receive attention. She noted that the payment of <br />$101,982.27 to Ramsey County for County Road I <br />-econstruction is only a partial payment on the <br />project and she wanted people to be aware that the <br />cost of the project is not being assessed to them, <br />but rather is being paid for by the State aid gas tax. <br />
