Assumes other responsibilities as apparent or as 13 <br />® delegated. <br />other Performance Measurements <br />--- Staff support for the City Council is provided in such a <br />manner to keep members fully informed and up-to-date on <br />future development which can be shown to be in the best <br />interest of the City. <br />--- Objectives and priorities set for the Department are <br />being achieved as planned. <br />A <br />--- A positive and favorable public image is being <br />maintained in the City relating to Public Works activities. <br />--- A favorable climate exists with the Public Works Department <br />which motivates personnel to work up to their potential in <br />implementing the various projects and.services being <br />provided to the public. <br />--- Citizen complaints and/or inquiries are dealt with in a <br />fair and equitable manner, and resolution is based, <br />whenever possible, on all interests to be considered. <br />--- Legal action is recommended only when circumstances dictate <br />it is the last resort to otherwise satisfactory resolution <br />of a casa being considered. <br />Responsibility for Work of Others <br />Secretary <br />Public Works Foreman <br />Building/Fire Inrnector <br />Though the Public Works Foreman has indirect responsibility <br />for overall supervision of all personnel in Public Works. <br />
