j(f <br />MASTER LABOR AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />AND <br />MINNESOTA TEAMSTERS PUBLIC AND LAW ENFORCEMENT a <br />EMpr.OYEES' UNION, LOCAL N0. 320 <br />ARTICLE I - PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT <br />This AGREFMENT is entered into as of January 1, 1988 <br />between the CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW, hereinafter called the <br />EMPLOYER, and the MINNESOTA TEAMSTERS PUBLICAND <br />LAcalled <br />ENFORCEMENT EMPLOYEES UNION, rOCAL NO. 320, hereinafter <br />the UNION. <br />It is the intent and purpose of this AGREEMENT to: <br />1.1 Establish procedures for the resolution of disputes <br />concerning this AGREEMENT'S interpretation and/or <br />application; and <br />1.2 Place in written form the parties' agreement upon terms <br />C and conditions of employment for the duration of this =' <br />AGREEMENT. <br />ARTICLE II - RECOGNITION <br />`YY <br />2.1 The EMPLOYER recognizes the UNION as the exclusive ?-+ <br />representative, under Minnesota Statutes, Section 'y <br />179.71, Subd. 3, for all police personnel in the <br />following job classification: F <br />Police Patrol Person <br />Investigator <br />2.2 In the event the EMPLOYER and the UNION are unable to <br />agree as to the inclusion or exclusion of a new or <br />modified job class, the issue shall be submitted to the <br />Bureau of Mediation Services for determination. <br />
