TRANSFER <br />Mr. Waste advised rouncilmember Phyllis Blanchard on the <br />afternoon of February 18th that he does not wish to withdraw <br />or amend his application for liquor license transfer. <br />Attached please find a memorandum from City Attorney Richard <br />Meyers regarding the provisions of Chapter 100.06, (2), <br />(f.), which prohibits the issuance of a liquor license to <br />any person having direct or indirect interest in another <br />similarly licensed establishment. <br />in view of the findings of City Attorney Meyers, Staff <br />recommends denial of Mr. Waste's application and refund of <br />all license fees exclusive of investigation costs. <br />DFP/mjs <br />Attachment: <br />A <br />
