Please refer to Appendix "C" of this plan _ <br />for eligibility rational. <br />L4Yi <br />The tax Increment financing district appears to '!eet the statutory <br />requirements of a redevelopment district and will henceforth be referred to <br />as a redevelopment tax Increment financing district.
