CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />shy;' STATE rNF MINNESOTA <br />,•' NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />NOTICE IS HERCBY GIVEN that the Mounds View City Council <br />will meet on Monday, February 22, 1988, at 7:10 p.m. at Mounds <br />View City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota, 55112, <br />to consider the proposed designation of the City's Municipal <br />Development District No. 3 and the proposed adoption of the <br />Development Program relating thereto pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.134 inclusive, as amended, and <br />the proposed establishment of Tax Increment Financing District <br />No. 3 within Development District No. 3 and the proposed adoption <br />of a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 to 469.179 inclusive, as <br />amended. A copy of the Development Program and Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan as proposed to be adopted will be on file and <br />available for public inspection at the office of the Clerk - <br />Administrator at City Hall prior to the public hearing. <br />The property proposed to be included in Development <br />District No. 3 is generally described as follows: <br />ti <br />NORTH DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT BOUNDARY <br />- North municipal Boundary - from T.H. 10 to Shoreview <br />Municipal Boundary <br />SOUTH AND NEST DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT BOUNDARY <br />- Trunk Highway 10 Right -of -Way - from the City's <br />North Municipal Boundary to the Blaine/Shoreview <br />Municipal Boundary <br />EAST DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT BOUNDARY <br />- East Municipal Boundary - from the City's North <br />Municipal Boundary to Southerly Right -of -Way line <br />of T.H. 10. <br />The property proposed to be included in Tax Increment <br />District No. 3 located within Devolopment District No. 3 is as <br />follows: <br />PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION NO. <br />05-30-23-21-0001-5 <br />05-30-23-22-0001-2 <br />06-30-23-11-0027 <br />Property Proposed for acquisition or conditional acquisi- <br />tion is listed in the Tax Increment Plan <br />Anyone desiring to be heard with reference to this matter <br />may be heard at this meeting. <br />Donald F.
