However, the participants fees will need to cover the full <br />cost of the program. For this reason, the fees will be higher than <br />if the program received grant funding. The higher fees may be <br />restrictive to low income or one parent families, the very clientele <br />this program is designed to serve. Grant monies will insure that <br />the tees can remain low in order w attract lowar income or one <br />parent working families. <br />In subsequent years, it is anticipated that the program will be <br />established and in high demand and therefore greater maximum <br />numbers will be offered providing more revenue to assist in <br />covering the program so that the activities are a break-even <br />venture. The whole idea is to offer a great program for the demand <br />at a break--ven cost. For instance, thirty children per, bus at a <br />cost of $85.00/excursion is $2.80/person whereas 60 children per <br />bus at a cost of $85.00,excurs'.on is $1.40. Likewise movies and <br />bulk prices for crafts, snacks and beverages and other group rates <br />decrease with larger numbers. <br />
