RESOLUTION NO. 2296 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1988 MERIT PAY BONUSES <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has determined that <br />they wish to recognize certain employees for outstanding <br />performance; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department Heads of the City have submitted <br />recommendations for merit pay bonuses for Barbara Collins and <br />Mary Tatarek; and <br />WHEREAS, these bonuses have been recommended on the basis <br />that Qach of these employees have during all or part of 1987 <br />performed their normal duties in an outstanding fashion and <br />as a result of the absence of various members of their depart- <br />ments been required to perform additional duties and,responsi- <br />bilities outside of their regular job responsibilities and have <br />r- <br />done so in an outstanding fashion; and <br />WHEREAS, the respective Department Heads for these indivi- <br />duals ;lave recommended that their performance be recognized with <br />a one time only cash merit bonus. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that tine City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View approves the payment E a one time only cash <br />merit pay bonus to Barbara Collins in the amount of $lr200.00 and <br />to Mary Tatarek in the amount of $750.00. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these individuals may take these <br />bonuses as a one time payment or have them allotted out during <br />rhR remeinina navroll periods of calendar year 1988. <br />Adopted this 14th day of March, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) Clerk -Administrator <br />
