Item 8E <br />Page 2 <br />Adoption of the 2025 <br />Ramsey County All -Hazard Mitigation Plan <br />Bear Township. Each of these municipalities will separately adopt the HMP as their own <br />— meaning that the entire county will now use a single assessment and planning <br />methodology to better coordinate across jurisdictions. <br />Once approved by the Ramsey County and each municipality, the plan will be submitted <br />by the Minnesota Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to <br />the Federal Emergency Management Agency for final approval. Once approved as final <br />adoption, Ramsey County Emergency Management and Homeland Security will forward <br />a copy of the letter to the City's Emergency Management Director. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends adopting the 2025 Ramsey County All -Hazard Mitigation Plan. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Ben Zender <br />Chief of Police <br />
