PUBLIC HEARING: Resolution 10094, Approving a Chicken-Keeping 4 <br />License for Ana Parra, 8478 Long Lake Road. 5 <br /> 6 <br />City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council consider a chicken-keeping license for Ana 7 <br />Parra at 8478 Long Lake Road. He explained all necessary paperwork has been submitted to the 8 <br />City and the City had not received any comments from the neighbors. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Mayor Lindstrom opened the public hearing at 6:19 p.m. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Hearing no public input, Mayor Lindstrom closed the public hearing at 6:19 p.m. 13 <br /> 14 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Clark/Gunn. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 10094, 15 <br />Approving a Chicken-Keeping License for Ana Parra, 8478 Long Lake Road. 16 <br /> 17 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 18 <br /> 19 <br />E. Resolution 10077, Adoption of the 2025 Ramsey County All-Hazard 20 <br />Mitigation Plan. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Police Chief Zender requested the Council adopt the 2025 Ramsey County All-Hazard Mitigation 23 <br />Plan. He reported he has been working closely with SBM Assistant Chief Matt Montain on this 24 <br />matter. He discussed how this plan has been put together by City staff and has been reviewed by 25 <br />Ramsey County, noting this was a federally required document that had to be reviewed and 26 <br />approved every five years. He stated this plan was a 209-page document. He commented further 27 <br />on the type of hazards that were covered within this plan and requested approval from the City 28 <br />Council. 29 <br /> 30 <br />SBM Assistant Chief Matt Montain explained the plan addressed the mitigation of impacts to life, 31 <br />property, the economy and environmental hazards. He indicated the document was last updated in 32 <br />2019. He commented on how resiliency was being built into the plan along with an increased effort 33 <br />on community outreach to ensure all demographics in the community were being reached. 34 <br /> 35 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Smith. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 10077, 36 <br />Adoption of the 2025 Ramsey County All-Hazard Mitigation Plan. 37 <br /> 38 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 39 <br /> 40 <br />F. Resolution 10099, National Fitness Court – Consideration to Purchase. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Public Works/Parks and Recreation Director Peterson requested the Council consider the purchase 43 <br />of a fitness court with the National Fitness Campaign in coordination with Blue Cross/Blue Shield. 44 <br />He explained the City received $50,000 in grant dollars from Blue Cross/Blue Shield for the 45 <br />installation of a fitness court.
