Reports of Mayor and Council. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Council Member Gunn reported she would be attending a Police Foundation and Tribute Park 18 <br />meeting on Tuesday, May 13. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Council Member Gunn explained on Friday, May 9 she attended a zoom meeting where 21 <br />homelessness was discussed. She expressed concern with the fact there were no warming centers 22 <br />in the community. She supported the City Council speaking with Ramsey County Commissioners 23 <br />regarding this matter in order to get warming centers out in the suburbs. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Council Member Smith stated on Thursday, May 15 she will be attending the Cable Commission 26 <br />meeting. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Council Member Smith noted she would be serving as a seasonal CSO for Ramsey County. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Council Member Smith reiterated that this week is National Police Week and stated she would be 31 <br />attending a ceremony at the capitol on Thursday, May 15. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Council Member Clark explained she would be attending the NYFS luncheon on Wednesday, May 34 <br />14. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Council Member Clark reported the Festival in the Park Committee would be meeting next on 37 <br />Tuesday, May 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Public Works Facility. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Council Member Meehlhause indicated he would also be attending the NYFS luncheon on 40 <br />Wednesday, May 14. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Council Member Meehlhause stated he would be attending the suburban law enforcement 43 <br />ceremony on Thursday, May 15. 44 <br /> 45
