Mounds View City Council Regular Meeting liquor license to any person having direct or indirect interest in another similarly licensed establishment, and thus there would be a conflict in transferring the license from Richard Povlitzki to Robert Waste, for POV's. Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated they had discussed the options open to Mr. Waste, but he had told Councilmember Blanchard that rather than withdraw his request, he would like the Council to take action on it and deny it if necessary. He added that Staff would recommend the application be denied and all fees be refunded, exclusive of investigation costs. Councilmember Quick asked that the item be tabled, to allow Mr: Waste time to think it over.
