<br />3. Description of curbside seivlce provided
<br />The essence of our proposal is to provide curbside recycling for a one year period,
<br />beginning on or about Apr it 1,1983 with an option to extend beyond the origlml termination
<br />date, upon such terms and conditions as the parties shall mutually agree. The program, based
<br />upon the concept of providing recycling services to all residents, is designed to recycle a
<br />significant amount of the residential waste stream.
<br />The composition of the waste stream, made up of a high content of paper, metal and glass,
<br />has a high potential for recycl In The program for the City Is designed and developed to operate a
<br />recycling collection, processing ad marketing program which would accomplish the residential
<br />source separation goats, as outlined in the Ramsey county master Plm for 5olid waste
<br />Management, through recycling of commonly recycled meter Isis Including newspaper, glass
<br />containers, aluminum and steel cans. Other recyclable materials maybe added to the collection
<br />program.

<br />Under the terms of the RFP curbside pickup must be done once monthly, biweekly, or twice
<br />monthly to the approximate 4,128 residential units in the City. Super Cycle proposes to start
