�I <br />I: <br />RESOLUTION No. 2302 <br />b" <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF KIMBERLY HERMAN AS <br />PERMANENT FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE <br />WHEREAS, the City defines a permanent full-time employee <br />is one who has successfully completed the required probationary <br />period of six months; and <br />WHEREAS, Kimberly Herman has successfully completed her <br />probationary period as determined by a recently completed <br />Performance Review. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View does hereby appoint Kimberly Herman as a <br />permanent full-time City employee. <br />BE TI FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Mounds View approves a $1,000.00 per year adjustment to <br />Kimberly Herman's base wage retroactive to March 14, 1988. <br />Adopted this 28th day of March, 1988. <br />ATTEST: — <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />W <br />I <br />
