RESOLUTON NO. 2305 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR GEORGE CRONE, <br />8430 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE, MOUNDS VIEW <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 231-88 <br />I; <br />WHEREAS, Mr. George Crone, 8430 Knollwood Drive, has <br />requested approval for a minor subdivision dividing the southern <br />85 feet from the remaining property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the I_ <br />applicants request for a minor subdivision and determined that it <br />is in conformance with Chapters 40 and 42 of the Municipal Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of �. <br />the City of Mounds View approves the minor subdivision request <br />of Mr. George Crone, 8430 Knollwood Drive, contingent upon the <br />following: <br />1. The City be provided wish appropriate title abstracts j <br />and record the abstracts with Ramsey County. ; <br />® 2. A drainage easement be provided along the western BO <br />feet of the newly created lot, and a drainage easement <br />of 10 feet be provided along the southern 10 feet of <br />the lot remaining. <br />3.
