CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />A COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />�9 STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />MOUNDS VIEW DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 88-85 <br />GEORGE GRONE <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this _ day of <br />. 19_, by and between the CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW, <br />County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, party of the first part, <br />hereinafter called the "City", <br />'J <br />and George Grone <br />party of the second part, hereinafter called the "Developer", <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />WHEREAS, the Developer, in consideration of <br />and the issuance of permits thereof, hereby agrees with the City to <br />perform all of the acts required herein and to conform to all of <br />the conditions set forth as folluws: <br />1. Wherever the word "City" appears herein, it shall mean <br />and include the City of Mounds View and also said City's agents and <br />employees; and wherever the word "Developer" appeals herein, it <br />shall mean the developer, and any of its agents and employees. <br />Wherever the words "development site" appear herein, it -shall mean <br />the pr_mises described in the following exhibits: <br />Exhibit 1 (:agal description) <br />Exhibit 2 (site plan) <br />Exhibit 3 ( ) <br />Exhibit 4 <br />Rev. 4/13/81 <br />
