Roll Call <br />Hankner, wuori and Mayor Links. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Karney, Clerk/Administrator <br />Paule;y and City Planner Herman. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to approve the <br />Approval of <br />4.
