�� fb <br />MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: CLERK-ADMINISTRATO <br />DATE: MARCH 28, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br />CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 _ <br />Attached please find proposed Change Order No. 1 to the <br />Contract for Public Improvements with C.W. Houle, Inc. for <br />Mounds View Business Park. You will note on the cover sheet <br />of the change order that the original contract price for the <br />project was $872,535.62. Due to changes in the design of <br />the buildings, this contract has been reduced to <br />$856,216.50. The change order proposed at this time is for ". <br />the relocation of the noise wall on County Road H2 at the <br />southeast corner of the cul-de-sac to allow for the 1_I <br />extension of Program Avenue. The additional costs for the <br />relocation of the noise wall and repair of the street and <br />relocation of storm sewer catch basins is in the amount of <br />$12,439.05. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of Change Order No. 1 to th. <br />contract with C.W. Houle, Inc. for the Public improvements <br />in the Mounds View Business Park in the amount of $12,439.05 : <br />to be charged to the Tax Increment Fund. <br />DFP/mjs <br />
