Consideration <br />Resolution <br />3ustafson, 8391 Spring Lake Road, for a minor <br />of <br />No. 2304, for <br />subdivision, and she reviewed proposed Resolution <br />the <br />a Minor Sub - <br />No. 2304 which would approve the request, with <br />Lake <br />division at <br />contingency that the residence at 8403 Spring <br />Code either through demolition <br />8391 Spring <br />Road be brought up to <br />or by moving it within 12 months of the subdivision <br />Lake Road <br />approval by the Council. <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Hankner to approve Reso- <br />lution No. 2304, approving a minor subdivision at <br />8391 Spring Lake Road, and waive the reading. <br />� <br />Motion Carried <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />City Planner Herman reviewed the request of George <br />14.
