ADMINISTRATIVE NEWSLETTER <br />PAGE TWO <br />APRIL 11, 1983 <br />As you may recall, the same agreement was entered into with <br />Mr. Underdahl for the Program Avenue right-of-way. <br />Therefore, the City will be involved in two land acquisition <br />arbitrations sometime this summer with all costs for the <br />acquisitions coming out of tho city's Mounds View Business <br />Park Tax Increment Fund. <br />PUBLIC WORKS GRIEVANCE <br />A member of the City 's Public works Department has submitted <br />a grievance through their Union, I.U.O.E. Local No. 49, <br />under the City's recently entered into Supplementary <br />Agreement on Stand-by Duty.
