MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: CITY PLANNER <br />DATE: APRIL 12, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: MINOR SUBDIVISION REOUEST FOR JAMES BUCKLEY, <br />7770 GREENWOOD DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 235-88 <br />Attached you will find a resolution which would approve a <br />minor subdivision request by Mr. Buckley of 7770 Greenwood <br />Drive. The Planning Commission at their April 6th meeting <br />recommended approval in Resolution No. 218-88. <br />The existing lot is approximately 38,000 square feet. The <br />subdivision would make one lot approximately 19,000 square <br />feet and the other 18,000 square feet. The only unusual <br />circumstances with this subdivision is the current location <br />of the garage on the lot. Mr. Buckley is aware that this <br />garage would have to be moved or demolished in order to have <br />the lot subdivided. Until the garage is removed no building <br />permit on the new lot would be permitted. The resolution <br />reflects the concern that the garage should be removed or <br />demolished. <br />41 KF/mjs <br />
