APPROVED <br />MINUTES <br />NORTH SUBURBAN CABLE COMMISSION <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 3, 1988 <br />I. Call to Order <br />Chairman Eggert called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. <br />II. Roll Call <br />William Bauer/Arden Hills <br />Ron Eggert/Falcor. Heights <br />Paul Villella/Lauderdale <br />Don Tarnowski/Little Canada <br />Dana Brardt/New Brighton <br />Curtis Fritze/North Oaks <br />Dennis Murphy/St. Anthony <br />Bob Weyandt/Shoreview <br />Tom Creighton, Legal Counsel <br />Bootsie Anderson. Consent Agenda <br />NSCC <br />3.3-1 Tarnowski moved, seconded by Bauer, approval of the Consent Agenda as <br />droved presented. Motion carrieJ unrnimously. <br />IV. Elections <br />NSCC Weyandt moved, seconded by Fritze, to name Dana Brandt from New Brighton <br />3.3-2 as Treasurer of the North Suburban Cable Commission for the year 1988. <br />Approved Motion, carried unanimously. <br />NSCC <br />3.3-3 <br />Approved <br />C <br />Tarnowski moved to nominate Bob Weyandt from Shoreview as Chairman for <br />the North Suburban Cable Commission for the year 1988. Weyandt declined <br />the nomination. <br />Weyandt moved, seconded by Fritze, to rename the present slate of officera <br />(Ron Eggert from Falcon Heights as Chairman, Jerry Skelly from Mounds View <br />as Vice -Chairman and William Bauer from Arden Hills as Secretary) to the <br />North Suburban Cable Commission for the year 1988. Upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Bauer, Eggert, Brandt, <br />Fritze, Murphy and Weyandt, and the following voted against the same: <br />Tarnowski. Motion carried. <br />V. Scholarships <br />Administrator Anderson reviewed her report on the amount of the scholarships, <br />how they are awarded, and when they should be awarded. Weyandt reviewed <br />decisions made by the Scholarship Committee last year. <br />
