Barcus and his partner have requested clinic within hounds Viewto site a veterinary <br />. The first reading of Ordinance No. <br />took <br />441 pace May 9 which will allow clinics use in a B-2 zone. as a conditional <br />In checking with the City Attorney, he has stated that the two <br />processes; ordinance approval and conditional usa permit approval <br />can be done simultaneously. A condition of the permit states <br />effect which <br />tharwouldoval 1becthirtyedaysnt pfromon mrpublication aftert oho into <br />o <br />second reading. <br />The Planning Commission has recommended approval in Resolution <br />No. 222-88.
