,9sv� C <br />ORDINANCE NO. 442 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />-49 COUNTY OF RAIISEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF HOUNDS VIEW BY <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING" <br />The Council of the City of Hounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. 40.10, Subd. C, shall be amended as follows: <br />fi+ (1)Accessory buildings such as garages or tool houses, <br />sheds and similar buildings for storage of domestic <br />supply and noncommercial recreational equipment. <br />f++ a. Private garages, parking spaces and carports as <br />regulated by Section 40.07 (Off -Street Parking) of <br />this Code. Private garages are intended solely for <br />storage of the private passenger vehicles of the <br />residents of the premises. Such spaces can be <br />rented to nonresidents of the property for private <br />passenger vehicles and/or non-commercial vehicles, <br />trailers, or equipment if sufficient off-street <br />parking is in full compliance with this Code is <br />provided elsewhere on the property. <br />e- b. Garages Accessory buildings shall not exceed fifteen <br />(15) feet in height, shall be five (5) feet or more <br />from all lot lines of adjoining lots and shall be <br />six (6) feet or more from any other building or <br />structure on the sane lot. Attached garages must <br />conform to the front and rear setback requirements <br />for the principle structure and the side yard <br />setback shall be at least five (5) feet_ <br />e- d. No garage in an R-1 District shall exceed eight <br />ir hundred sixty-four (664) square feet in area except <br />by conditional use permit. (40.10, Subd. D) <br />
