Due to extensive design <br />changes after the bid opening on November 18, 1987, we revised <br />the contract amount to $856,216.50 as shown on Change Order <br />No. Upon further review, this figure was found to be in <br />r t erroa . <br />The "contract price prior to this change order" should have been <br />$872,535.62. The increase shown on Change Order No. 1, page 2, <br />is 012,439.05. The revised quantities due to changes in the <br />plans resulted in a decrease of $22,316.37, for a net decrease of <br />$9.877.32.
