Due to extensive design <br />changes after the bid opening on November 18, 1987, we revised <br />the contract amount to $856,216.50 as shown an Change Order <br />No. 1. Upon further review, this figure wri found to be in <br />error. <br />® ) The 'contract price prior to this change order* should have been <br />8872,535.62. The increase shown on Change Order No. 1, page 2, <br />is $12,439.05. The revised quantities due to changes in the <br />plans resulted in a decrease of 022,316.37, for a rat decrease of <br />09,877.32.
