ARTICLE 16 <br />OTHER CONDITIONS OR SERVICES <br />XxKwAAvx xxxxwmlcaxxxxwAI=olosxe24x <br />16.1 Scope of Work. The work to be completed pursuant to this Contract consists <br />of the Public Improvr.ments for Mounds View Business Park, as more specifi- <br />cally described in P:.ans and Specifications prepared by the Architect <br />dated October 12, 1987, as revised. <br />16.1 List of Reimbursable Costs. F.eimbuzsable coats shall include, without <br />limitation, the following: <br />a. Wages and salaries paid for labor forces of Construction Manager or <br />others incurred on behalf of Construction Manager in the performance <br />of the Work to be completed, including contribut+ons, assessments or <br />taxes for such items as unemployment compensation and social security. <br />b. Reasonable travel and subsistence expenses of Construction Manager or <br />its officers or employees while traveling in connection with the Work. <br />c. Costs of all materials, supplies and equipment incorporated into the <br />Work, including costs of transportation thereof. <br />d. Payments made by Construction Manager for Work performed pursuant to <br />subcontracts under this Agreement, if any. <br />e. Cost of materials, supplfes,'equipment, temporary facilities and hand <br />tools not owned by the workers which are consumed in performance of the <br />Work, and cost less salvage value on items used but not consumed which - <br />remain the property of the Construction Manager, including transportation <br />and maintenance. <br />f. Rental charges of necessary machinery and equipment, including installa- <br />tion, minor repairs and replacements, dismantling, removal, transporta- <br />tion and delivery costs thereof. <br />g. Sales, use or similar taxes related to the Work imposed by any govern- <br />mental authority for which the Construction Manager is liable. <br />IT. Permit fees, royalties, damages for infringement of patents and costs of <br />defending suits therefor, and deposits lost for causes other than the <br />Constructicn Manager's negligence. <br />i. Minor expenses such as telegrams, long distance telephone calls, tele- <br />phone service at the site, expressage and similar petty cash items in <br />connection with the Work. <br />j. Cost of removal of all debris <br />k. Costs incurred due to an emergency affecting the safety of persons and <br />property. <br />1.
