RESOLUTION NO. 2342 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR HAJOR <br />SUBDIVISION, HOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK 2ND ADDI"ION, <br />EVEREST DEVELOPMENT, LTD. <br />WHEREAS, Everest Development, Ltd. has requested approval <br />of the preliminary plat for a major subdivision entitled, "Mounds <br />View Business Park 2nd Addition"; and <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the proposed preliminary <br />plat and determined that it is in compliance with all applicable <br />city C�4ebi ..,. _ . <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />preliminary plat and concurred with conclusions reached by City <br />Staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of llounds View approves the preliminary plat for the <br />major subdivision of the Hounds View Business Park 2nd Addition <br />by Everest Development, Ltd. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 13th day of June, 1988. <br />Ilayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />0 <br />
