P <br />C <br />ORDINANCE NO. 442 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDING THE IIUNICIPAL CODE OF HOUNDS VIEW BY <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING" <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. 40.1.0, Subd. C, shall be amended as follows: <br />+221 (1)Accessory buildings such as garaoes or tool houses, <br />sheds and similar buildings for storage of domestic <br />supply and noncommercial recreational equipment. <br />+I+ a. Private garages, parking spaces and carports as <br />regulated by Section 40.07 (Off -Street Parking) of <br />this Code. Private garages are intended solely for <br />-hicica of t°:c <br />S IVLtlgt VL LIIC pL1vaLtl1.0 passenger 'r u, <br />residents of the premises. Such spaces can be <br />rented to nor.__sidents of the property for private <br />passenger vehicles and/or non-commercial vehicles, <br />trailers, or equipment if sufficient off-street <br />parking is in full compliance with this Code is <br />provided elsewhere on the property. <br />a- b.
