RESOLUTION NO. 2245 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVINU WETLAND ALTERATICN PRRMIT REQUEST <br />OF CITY OF HOUNDS VIEW PARKS ^6PARTMENT FOR GREENFIc'D k,RK <br />WHEREAS, the City of Hounds View Parks Department is <br />requesting at wetland alteration permit to allow for the placement <br />of fill on the southeast corner of Greenfield F,rk which is <br />within the 100 foot buffer zone; and <br />WHEREAS, the request has been reviewed by City Staff and <br />the Ramsey Soil and Water Conservation District; and <br />WHEREAS, the wetland boundary has been modified to remove a <br />portion of tha site from the wetland zoning district; and <br />WHEREAS, the filling will be used to expand the usefulness <br />of the park; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Park <br />Department's request for a wetland alteration permit and <br />determined it to be adequate and in conformance with the <br />requirements of the Wetland Zoning Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED that the Hounds View City <br />Council approves the wetland alteration permit L�quest of the <br />City of Mounds View Parks Department for Greenfield Park. <br />Adopted this 27th day of June, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />4, <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
