Houle, Inc. regarding the development of the Silver <br />View Park parking lot was received at a total cost of $43,884.25. This <br />includes installation of curbing, gutter and asphalt surface. <br />It !• staff 'a request that the approval be given for the completion of the <br />total project at the coat of $43,884.25. The monies for this project include <br />$32,000 b� '¢eted for this project under Capital Development and $14,000 of <br />Park Improvement funds acquired through park dedication fees (410-4120-705). <br />The intention of C.W. Houle, Inc. is to complete the job as soon as possible <br />since the equipment and crew 13 already in the area. <br />RECOMMENDATION: To request the approval of the expenditures of $32,000 from <br />the 1S88 budgeted Capital Improvements and 014,000 of the Park Improvement <br />Fund for the development of Silver -'ew Park parking lot. <br />MS/SL <br />
