sbll�� <br />COUNTY OF i.AHSEY �7:0.5 pr^ <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mounds View City Council <br />will meet on Monday, June 27, 1988, at 7:05 p.m, at Mounds View <br />City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota, 55112 to <br />consider amending the Municipal Code of Hounds View by Amending <br />Chapter 40 entitled, "Zoning". <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. 40.10, Subd. C, shall be amended as follows: <br />f2} (1)Accessory buildings such as garages or tool houses, <br />sheds and similar buildings for storage of domestic <br />supply and noncommercial recreational equipment. <br />+Ii a. Private garages, parking spaces and carports as <br />regulated by Section 40.07 (Off -Street Parking) of <br />this Code. Private garages are intended solely for <br />storage of the Lrivato passenger vehicles of the <br />residents of the premises. Such spaces can be <br />rented to nonresidents of the property for private <br />passenger vehicles and/or non-commercial vehicles, <br />trailers, or equipment if sufficient off-street <br />parking is in full compliance wit' this Code is <br />provided elsewhere on the property. <br />a: b. No permit shall be issued for the construction of <br />more than one (1) private garage for each dwelling. <br />Each applicant for a building permit to construct <br />any dwellings shall be required to provide off- <br />street parking spaces for at least two (2) auto- <br />mobiles per family in addition to any garage spaces <br />to be useJ. sareges-sha��-bo-so-3eentod-en-the----- <br />------------- property-es-to-conform-wi+h-the-side-yard----------- <br />------------- specifications-of••the-Boning-eode;-in-the-partiediar <br />-------------classification-for-which-the-property-is-sonedT <br />every dwelling house hereafter erected shall be so <br />located on the lot so that at least a two (2) car <br />garage, either attached or detached, can be lccate%; <br />on said lot. <br />bT c.
