W <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF )IINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />9kgbyn -7 <br />-? •'o Pam' <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hounds View City Council <br />will meet on 11onday, June 27, 1988, at 7:10 p.m. at Hounds View <br />City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, )founds View, )linnesota, 55112 to <br />consider amending the Municipal Code of Hounds View by Amending <br />Chapter 40 entitled, "Zoning". <br />SECTION I. 40.10, Subdivision D, shall be amended as <br />follows: <br />(6) Garage exceeding eight hundred sixty-four (864) squat_ <br />feet. - <br />a. <br />b. <br />wi <br />c. If the aaraae square footage is greater than one <br />thousand (I,000) square feet, no other accessory <br />storage building is allowed <br />d. The buildina shall be dPsinnnA .nA �t <br />e. <br />f. <br />i <br />f6} (7) Accessory storage building other than a garage exceeding <br />two hundred sixteen (216) square feet. <br />a. The accessory building must conform with Sections <br />40.04, Subd. F and 40.10, Subd. CM {9+ of this <br />Code. <br />b. <br />b: c. The accessory storaoe building shall not exceed four <br />l hundred (400) square feet. <br />d. The building shall be designed and maintained to <br />provide a uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. <br />
