Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESE14T: Councilmembers Wuori, Quick, <br />B ane ar , Tian ner and May. - Linke. <br />ALSOPRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Pauley, City Planner Herman and.Public Works <br />Director Minetoi. <br />Councilmember Hankner asked that approval of the May <br />�23, 1986 minutes be postponed to the next regular <br />meeting, as she had left her notes in her other <br />packet. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to table approval of <br />the May 23, 1988 minutes to the next regular meeting <br />on June 27, 1988. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Linke read the resolution of commendation to <br />retiring firefighter Gerald Simon and presented a <br />plaque of the resolution to him. <br />Mayor Linke read the resolution of commendation to <br />retiring firefighter Francis Dolland presented a <br />plaque of the resolution to him. <br />Mayor Linke thanked both firefighters, on behalf of <br />the Council and the residents, for their many years <br />of service. <br />William Stewart, of the Spring Lake Park Lion's Cll" <br />stated they are willing to put $125,000 into an escL. u <br />account, for work to be done at Lakeside Park, which <br />likely will include a fishing dock for youth and <br />handicapped people. He explained a committee is being <br />formed to plan what should be done. Fie added that the <br />Lion's Club could potentially donate up to $150,000 <br />3. Roll Call <br />4.
