JL'y-' 1.1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 442 <br />CIT" OF HOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF HOUNDS VIEW BY <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING" <br />The Council of the City of Hounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. 40.10, Subd. C, shall be amended as follows: <br />+2+ (1)Accessory buildings such as garages or tool. houses, <br />sheds and similar buildings for storage of domestic <br />supply and noncommercial recreational equipment. <br />+IJ a. Private garage:, parking spaces and carports as <br />regulated by Ssction 40.07 (off -Street Parking) of <br />this Code. Private garages are intended solely for <br />storage of the private passenger vehicles of the <br />residents of the premises. Such spaces can be <br />rented to nonresidents of the property for private <br />passenger vehicles and/or non-commercial vehicles, <br />trailers, or equipment if sufficient off-street <br />parking is in full-ompliance with this Code is <br />i` provided elsewhere on the property. <br />eT b.
