ORDINANCE NO. 443 <br />CITY OF HOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF HOUNDS VIEW B° I; <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING" <br />The Council of the City of 11ounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. 40.10, Subdivisl-�n D, shall bA amended as <br />follows: <br />(6) Garage exceeding eight hundred sixty-four (864) square <br />a. The accessory building nu conform wi <br />b. <br />c. If the ara e s uare footage is greater than one <br />thousand ,y sc?ua— ro feet, no of er accessory <br />storage building is allowed. <br />d. The building shall_be designed and maintained to <br />provide a uni orm appearance wit t e dwelling unit. <br />e. The width of the building cannot exceed 35 feet nor <br />allow for more than a three vehicle access. <br />f. <br />{6} (7) Accessory hundred <br />storageenuildinzsytherare feet,a garage exceedin <br />twn <br />a. The accessory building must conform with Sections <br />40.04, Subd. F and 40.10, Subd. C(1) {•3} of this <br />Code. <br />b. <br />b: C. The accessory storage building shall not exceed four <br />hundred (400) square feet. <br />d. The building shall be designed and maintained to <br />provide a uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. <br />
