� 16 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2347 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR MAJOR <br />SUBDIVISION, MOUNDS VIRW BUSINESS PARK 2ND ADDITION, <br />EVEREST DEVELOPMENT, LTD. <br />WHEREAS, Everest Development, Ltd. has requested approval <br />of the final plat for a major subdivision entitled, "Mounds View <br />Business Park 2nd Addition"; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council had appLcred the preliminary <br />plat and determi:ed that it is in compliance with all applicable <br />C'ty Codes; and <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the final plat <br />application and found it to conform to the preliminary plat as <br />previously approved; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the final plat for the major <br />subdivision of the Mounds View Business Park 2nd Addition by <br />Everest Development, Ltd. <br />Adopted this 27th day of June, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Cler --Adm nistrator <br />
