RESOLUTION No. 2333 to <br />CITY OF 11OUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RANSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESA4ENDIIENTIITODDEVELOPMENTING IOGREENENTINO. 87-APPROVING <br />81 <br />WITH HOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK <br />WHEREAS, Everest Development, Ltd. has submitted an <br />amendment to Development Agr-ement No. 87-87 with Hounds View <br />Business Park, Building E, for site plan changes; and <br />WHEREAS, the footprint for Building E will change with the <br />total gross floor area increab.ng to approximately 62,000 square <br />feet; and <br />WHEREAS, the parking spaces will increase to 183 stalls <br />with expansion parking available for 261 stalls; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff, the Planning Commission, and the City <br />Council, have undertaken review of the proposal; and <br />WHERE..".S, the City Council has determined that the changes <br />will not adversely affect the project nor the adjacent <br />residential areas; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of (founds View approves the revised site plan for <br />Building E, Nounds View Business Park, contingent upon the <br />following: <br />That the building on the lot directly to the north he set <br />back from the lot line at least fifty (50) feet to allow <br />for sixty (60) feet between the buildings which is <br />required by Code. <br />Adopted this day of <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />1988. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
