The temporary haul road will. have a road surface width of <br />15 feet and will consist of four to five feet of granular <br />material over a geotextile fabric installed on the existing <br />surface. A temporary emergency overflow at an elevation of 901.0 <br />will bo constructed on the easterly end of the haul road. Two <br />temporary 24 inch diameter CMP culverts will be installed to <br />convey stormwater at the ditch crossing. The invert of each <br />culvert will match the existing ditch bottom. The slope of each <br />culvert will be C.1 percent. <br />We understand you have determined that times for staging of <br />development is applicr:bie for this project. Therefore, the <br />p-oposed development staging is as follows: <br />1. Install silt £once and baffled weir at Hillview Road <br />outlet the first day of construction and prior to <br />grading. <br />2. Start grading and install temporary access road after <br />installation of silt fence and baffled weir at Hillview <br />Road outlet. <br />3. Remove temporary haul road and temporary culverts and <br />restore the wetland with topsoil and seed. <br />4. Install silt fence between wetland and upland one week <br />after grading completion. <br />S. Erosion control seeding one week after grading <br />completion. <br />
