C <br />11 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 445 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING" <br />The Council. of th' City of Mounds View does hereby <br />ordain: <br />SECTION I. Chapter 40.07, Joint Facilities, <br />Subdivision J(2), shall be amended as follows: <br />X0X (f) Conditions required for joint use: <br />1. The gilding or use for which applications <br />being made to utilize the off-street parking <br />facilities provided by another building or use <br />shall be located within thrcc hundred (300) _ <br />ceet of such parking facilities and not <br />separated by a public way. <br />2. The applicant shall show that there is no <br />suostantial conflict in the principal <br />operating hours of the twn (2) buildings or <br />uses for wh;,;h joint use of off-street parking <br />facilities is proposed. <br />3.. A properly drawn legal instrument, executed by <br />the parties concerned for joint use of <br />off-streeL parking facilicies, dLiy approved <br />as to form and manner of execution by the City <br />Attorney, shall be filed with the City <br />Clerk -Administrator and recorded with the <br />Registrar of teed, Ramsey County. <br />SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />(30) d?.vs after the aatz of iLs PuhlicLtion. <br />
