ORDINANCE NO. 442 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAHSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />MENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 40 ENTIT.LED, "ZONING" <br />The Council of the City of Hounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. 40.10, Subd. C, shall be amended as follows: <br />f21 (1)Accessory buildings such as garages or tool houses, <br />sheds and similar buildings for storage of domestic <br />supply and noncommercial recreational equipment. <br />{}+ a, Private garages, parking spaces and carports as <br />regulated by Section 40.07 (Off -Street Parking) of <br />this Code. Private garages are inte.,ded solely f - <br />storage of the private passenger vehicles of the <br />residents of the premises. Such spaces can be <br />rented to nonresidents of the property for private <br />passenger vehicles and/or non-commercial vehicles, <br />trailers, or equipment if sufficient off-street <br />parking is in full compliance with this Code is <br />provided elsewhere on the property. <br />n- b.
