Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the last putlic hearing at 8:02 PM. <br />Public Works Director Minetor presented an overhead <br />map of the area, showing where the work was to be <br />done. He explained the rear of 7807 Bona Road has <br />an outlet to the wetland due to erosg a ion andsewetlandtle- <br />ment in the area, they are requesting <br />work that would <br />alteration permit to do minrrep <br />take care of the erosion problem. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained rip -rap was <br />not placed in the outlet and if it is not done now, <br />it will no longer function. <br />Mr. Ayaz stated the words alteration permit bother <br />him, but he realizes the importance of the work to <br />be done. <br />Mayor Links closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 8:07 PM. <br />Public Works Director Minetor reported he had <br />ple that day for an intern - <br />interviewed four peohe pavement management program <br />ship position to do t <br />and he requested Council authorization to hire Troy <br />Gambel. <br />Motion Second: Hankner/Quick to approve the hiring <br />of Troy Gambel on a temporary basis, at a rate of <br />$7.50 per hour, for twelve weeks, beginning June 27, <br />1988. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Minetor left the meeting at <br />Public Works Director <br />this time. <br />Clerk/Administrator <br />1ey read the items on the <br />proposed sagenda <br />Councilmember Hankner asked that item C be removed <br />for discussion. <br />agendn-minus iteranCneanduwaiveothe readingeof thent <br />resolutions. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Hankner asked <br />Park <br />and <br />reforctothose <br />Saarion to explain LAWCON grantapplication <br />present from that area. <br />June 27, 1988 <br />Page Four <br />10.
