Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:01 PM on Monday, July 11, 1988. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Quick, Blanchard, <br />Hanknez; Wuorl and Mayor Linke. 3• Roll Call <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/Admini- <br />strator 1auiey and City Planner Herman. <br />Motion/Second- Wuori/Hankner to a <br />1908 m tes as presented. approve the June 27, 4. Approval of <br />4 a Minutes: <br />es Y 0 nays 1 abstention June 27, 1988 <br />Courcilmember Blanchard abstained from the vote as she Motion Carried <br />had not been present at the June 27 meeting. <br />Savri Ayaz, 7751 Bona Road, questioned why Merila 6 <br />Associates was in charge of the bid opening for the 5 Residents <br />Mounds View Business Park site lighting. Requests and <br />Clark/Administrator Pauley explained they are the Comments from <br />engineering firm in charge of the Everest project, and the Floor <br />they were hired by Everest, not the City. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley read t1-e items on the <br />Proposed consent agenda. 6. Approval of <br />Consent Agenda ' :lotion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to approve the consent <br />egen -- presented and waive the reading of the <br />resolutions. <br />i <br />195 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />
