RESOLUTION NO. 2357 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A PEFORMANCE BOND FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 87-80, SILVER VIEW PLAZA <br />WHEREAS, Kraus -Anderson Construction Company (the <br />Developer) submitted a performance bond in the amount of $50,000 <br />as required by Development Agreement No. 87-80; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has requested to be released from <br />the bond obligation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has completed all work as required <br />in the City Council approved site plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View authorizes the release of the performance <br />bond for Development Agreement No. 87-80. <br />Adopted this 25th day of July, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />L, <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
